Weekly Stock Market Outlook 17-May

The indices have seen sharp cuts in the past few sessions and especially in the Friday session, which has turned the overall trend downwards. We can see the NSE Nifty falling upto the levels of 5010, where we will see some kind of buying coming for the short term. The Nifty may move in the range of 5010-5220 for the next few sessions, breakout on the either sides will decide a bigger trend and a bigger movement.

Traders holding short positions can continue to hold short positions with stoploss of 5220, fresh short position can only be taken on rise to 5140-5180 with the same stoploss. Above 5220 don’t remain short can go Long.
