SEBI has recommended Audit Partners, Selection of Chief Financial Officer in an attempt to prevent another accounting scandal such as Satyam Computer. The Committee has also proposed that Companies publish their Balance Sheet which shows the assests and liabilities. By this Investors know the company’s Solvency position.
