Sterlite Raised offer for Asarco

Sterlite Industries raised bid for acquiring Asarco, the third largest copper company in the US. After extensive discussion and review and also to provide full cash , the company has raised the offer. The District Court in Texas is taking a final view of the two competing bids. This buy is one of the largest buy of India so far.
