The Indian Rupee on Wednesday declined by 43 Paise to close above 47 level after nearly three weeks on signs of more capital outflows amid a weak dollar overseas. Forex dealers said expectation of increased capital outflow due to sustained weakness in the local equities weighed on the rupee sentiment.
