Raid at Ludhiana Godown by District Food Supply Deptt found 9780 quintals of Sugar with a market value of Rs.4 crore. With this total sugar worth of Rs 41 crore has been seized in Ludhiana in the last three days. Owners have not come forward to claim their stocks till now. If they are not going to come we will take permission from the Deupty Commissioner to auction the stock as it is a perishable item. It is said by HS MOKHA District Food and Civil Supplies Controller.
