Drug maker Piramal Healthcare will spread its operations to smaller cities to capture rural Indian Markets, the company said on wednesday. Nearly 140 million Indians are moving upto the middle class segment.

The company interested to capture a large part of that mass market. According to Director of Piramal Group this is a multiplier growth for the whole Indian pharma industry. The pharma industry also get boost by this.
