US does not require second stimulus package rather it cut the spending cost over the next two years according to the latest survey. Most of the Economist are concerning over it and also they doubted health care reforms proposed by Obama Administration. It would lower the cost. The Government early this year stepped $787 billion package and tax cuts to break the worst recession.
