IT and BPO Service Provider Mphasis on Wednesday said it will acquire AIG Systems part of troubled insurance giant American International Group for undisclosed amount. Mphasis has reached a definitive agreement to acquire AIGSS, an India based provider of infermation Technology Services and Solutions to AIG companies world wide.
