India Fortis to buy Wockhdart

Fortis Healthcare to buy 10 hospitals and wockhardt to pay down debt and invest in other hospitals. Fortis Healthcare to pay 9.09 billion rupees for this deal. The acquisition will add 1902 beds to New Delhi and fortis made its presence in western, southern, and eastern India. Fortis Healthcare by this acquisiton make its natioanal Presence.
