Growth hit by land purchase- Tata Steel

Tata Steel, the country’s largest private steel producer, feels th Singur fiasco has shown exactly how economic progress can be stalled. Tata Motors aborted plant in the West Bengal village has cascaded to other companies including Tata Steel and the process of land acquisition has become really difficult, Tata Steel Managing Director HM Nerurkar said.
