Gammon Infra buys Vizag Seaport stake

Gammon Infra structure Projects has bought 22.88 million equity shares of Vizag Seaport from UK based International Port Services. The company did not provide financial details of the transaction. Vizag Seaport is now 74 percent unit of Gammon Infra, the company said in a statement to BSE.
