Government recalls four Satyam Directors including HDFC Chairman Deepak Parekh, Former Nasscom Chief Kiran Karnik, CII’s Chief Mentor Tarun Das and LIC’s Suryakant Balkrishna Mainak. This decision was taken after the Company Board stated the same. Government has also decided to retain former SEBI Member C Achutan and former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) TN Manoharan.
