The dollar dipped on Tuesday after rallying broadly on Monday and traders took profits on short dollar Positions. The New Zealand dollar surged to 13 Month high against the dollar and a six week peak against the yen. Acitivity was subdued in Asia as Japnese financial markets were closed for a National Holiday.
