Air India has accepted the recommendation of the committee constituted for productivity linked incentives (PLI). PLI constitutes 40% of wage bill for Air India. PLI and flying related allowance for Air India is approximately Rs.1440 crore. PLI cut for the staff getting Rs.2 lakh plus. There will be 25-50% PLI cut for employees getting Rs. 10000/-.
