Arcelor Mittal will become Co-Promoter of Uttam Galva a 4500 Crore Company. By this World’s largest Steel maker enter into Indian Steel Industry. Both Promoter would hold an equal equal stake in the company. According to the agreement Arcelor Mittal will make mandatory open offer for 20% and FIIs hold 39.26% and remaining sharehold is with the public.
