Ciba to Merge with BASE India

The Board of Ciba India Ltd has approved the company’s merger with BASF India Ltd. Board of both companies have also approved merging Ciba’s unlisted unit Diamond Dye Chem Ltd and an unlisted affiliate company Ciba Research Pvt Ltd with BASE. Last Year BASE SE to buy Smaller rival Ciba Holding AG for 3.4 Billion Swiss Francs.
