Union Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy Promised that Government of India will contribute 50% of the equity stake in Metro-3 Project. This Metro run from Colaba to Bandra. The city will also receive Rs130bn for low floor buses. The Union Urban Develpment Minister also urged Chief Minister Ashok Chavan to Provide more facilities to Pedestrians and cyclists.
