Axis Bank raised $720 mn from the Market through QIP and Global Depository Receipts. Issue was closed late on Thursday priced at 906.70 per share. The Bank will also raise money through prefrential issue from its promoter group LIC, GIC and other general Insurance Companies. SUUTI the largest Promoter which has a stake of 27.02% is not participating in the preferential Issue.
