The world’s largest steel maker, Arcelor Mittal said it would acquire additional13.8% stake in its Czech arm Arcelor Mittal Ostrava for $404.3 million(around 1900 crore). Arcelor Mittal has signed an agreement to acquire a 13.881 percent stake in Arcelor Mittal Ostrava from a subsidiary of PPF Group an international financial and investment group in Central and Eastern Europe for approximately $404.3 million the steel maker said.
